DXF OVERLAY
As the name suggests, this new digital microscope application allows you to add a DXF drawing as an overlay to the live image. The overlay will automatically resize as you zoom in and out, allowing for a seamless analysis. Another great feature of the new application is the search bar which allows users to perform searches on the DXF file and easily find the component. DXF was developed for electronics industry for inspecting PCBs due to the miniaturization of components in the industry, but many industries can use this for their visual inspection.
From 1st of May 2019, everyone who owns a TAGARNO FHD PRESTIGE, TREND or UNO can try DXF Overlay or any of the TAGARNO software apps for free for 30 days.
ADDED OR CHANGED FEATURES
- In Auto exposure mode a new Exposure compensation setting can now be used to change the internal reference brightness level. Use left/right navigation key to decrease/increase the brightness level in steps of 1.5dB. The Exposure compensation setting is persisted in the Preset manager and during power cycle.
Corrections
- The calculation of L*, a*, b* values presented in Speck counter did not account for the gamma correction performed by the camera. This led to inaccurate measurements, which has now been corrected.
- In some rare cases the USB 3.0 live image stream would not startup correctly if the microscope was warm when turned on. This issue has now been corrected.
