They usually do not need adjust the settings - such as choosing the minimum size of the speck or adjusting the lightness filter - because they did this the first time, and then saved all the settings as a template that can easily be recalled. Instead, one click is all it takes to count every single speck. Yesteryear’s manual counting and noting down is now fully automated and instantaneous. The result is not only a much more efficient process, but also perfectly consistent inspections.
The app is installed directly on the microscope, plug + play style in a matter of minutes. There is no need for an external computer connected to the visual inspection microscope, only a mouse to perform the inputs.
