Verification lines app for digital microscope

On products with strict size and spacing requirements, use the Verification lines app on your TAGARNO digital microscope. The intelligent digital microscope software app allows you to add lines with user defined tolerances on top of the microscope image.

With the accurately calibrated verification lines superimposed, it’s easy to perform exit control and PCB visual inspection. If something does not look right, take a photo of the inspection with the microscope control box.

A mouse, keyboard and the Measurement app is required to use this application.

Features of Verification lines app

Define line spacing and threshold
For maximum customizability, choose where the verification lines should go and what the threshold should be. Choose between baselines or continued line for even more flexibility.

Use the grid
If you need several vertical and/or horizontal lines with equal spacing, create a grid instead.

Choose color
You can choose 6 different colors for the verification lines. This makes sure you’ll always be able to see them no matter what color your product has.

Avoid doing it again
Instead of creating new verification lines or grids every time, save your settings as a template and recall them when needed.

Save photos with data
By enabling the information panel when saving a photo, the app settings (including magnification level and verification line length and threshold) will be included on the photo. This is great for documentation purposes.
